We are currently in the process of updating menus of restaurants to give you more details about the food items.

1. We now have item ratings for menus, this helps you to order items that other user’s have ordered and liked.

2. Item tags in the menu, this will help users with more details about the items like Spice level, preparation and color

Till date our minimum order value was Rs.100 irrespective of the delivery location, we have now tweaked this a bit to ensure that long distance orders are of a certain minimum value. For this we have divided the city into various zones and the delivery charge and minimum order value depend on the distance of delivery from the restaurant zone.

There is no change in delivery charge or minimum order value for Zone Zero i.e. for delivery within 1-3kms. So if you stay close to where you want to order from you will continue to enjoy our services without any change! As the distance of delivery increases the minimum order value increases from say Rs.300 for a 5-7km radius to Rs.1000 for a 15-18km radius. The delivery charges remain the same.

This change is not a common change across restaurants, so for example a restaurant like Roopali wherein the average order value is very low, the minimum order value also has been kept low.

This may sound very complicated here but the above changes will clearly reflect on each restaurant order page when you order online. If you prefer to place your order on phone, our customer care executive will help you with the required details.
