- Why are some restaurants not listed?
There are two answers to this
- We do not copy paste information from directories or other web sources. Each restaurant listed is personally visited by our team. So some restaurants may not be yet on our list.
- Also some restaurants do not wish to participate with us.
- Why are menu details of some restaurants not present?
Some restaurants do not wish to share their menu with us currently. Don't worry we shall have all of them up very soon. - Why should I register with Tastykhana?

We will NEVER share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent. Information you provide to us may be shared with restaurants when felt necessary (for e.g. reservations, home deliveries etc) - Do I have to pay anything extra, if use TastyKhana?
Most of our services are completely free for you. If we charge you a fee this will be clearly mentioned. Hidden costs are not part of our service policy. - Is my data safe with you? Will I spammed by marketers?
All personal information is stored in secure encrypted format in our databases. With regards to SPAM, we hate SPAM and we respect your information and will never abuse the same. Read our privacy policy to know more.

- How does online table reservation work?
Simply register and send across your details. We manage the rest. Click here to book a table in one your favourite restaurants in Pune.
Every reservation is confirmed on your phone by our executives and you also get instant sms on confirmation.
- Is this service free?
Yes. You just need to be a registered user. - Why book on TastyKhana? I may as well call the restaurant directly.

- Why is it that reservation is not available for some restaurants?
Either the restaurant doesn't accept reservations (e.g. Ram Krishna) or the restaurant is listed with us only for orders or plain information. - Going online is not always feasible, can I call to book?

If you happen not to turn up and do not cancel your reservation, you get a yellow card. Three no-shows in 3 months and we would have to suspend your account. Please intimate us with your cancelation, we block the place for you and no-shows make it difficult for us to provide this service efficiently. - How do I cancel my reservation?
You cancel it from the reservation list in your profile. If you are on the move, you may directly call us. Our numbers will be smsed to you with every reservation. - How do I track my reservation history?
Your profile has a complete history of your reservations.
ONLINE ORDERING QUERIES
- Why did my bill amount and actual amount did not match ?
We try our best to keep our menus updated with the latest prices and food items. However the restaurants may increase the prices without any prior notice. In these situations the bill value shown online and the actual bill value will not match. Besides the restaurant may also add container charges to the bill, which again would lead to a conflict between the actual and the online bill. - Are the menu rates inflated?
TastyKhana displays the same menu prices as suggested by the restaurants. We on our end DO NOT change or alter the price of the items in any way. - Do I have to pay Delivery charges ?
This depends on your billing amount and distance from restaurant.Try out the delivery charge calculator
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
We usually take anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour depending upon the distance between the restaurant and your place. If your address is more than 15Km please confirm delivery time with us - Can I order from a non-listed restaurant?
No. We deliver food only from the restaurants that are tied up with us. With over 100 restaurants to choose from we hope that you will not be disappointed. Besides if we have missed out your favourite restaurant please do let us know. - Can I order from multiple restaurant ?
Yes. You can order from different restaurants. Simply place each order as a different and we will make sure that the parcels arrive to you at the same time. - What will be my delivery charges if I order from multiple restaurants ?
Delivery charges for individual restaurants will apply. If restaurants are adjacent to each other, delivery charges for one of the restaurants will be Rs.20. - How is my order processed ?
One you place the order with us, the order is transmitted to the restaurant via SMS, Fax or Phone. Simultaneously the delivery boy receives complete details of you order and he picks up the food and delivers it to you. - Why should I order my food online and whats the difference between placing my order online and on phone ?
Well, threre are many advantages of ordering online.- If you dont have the menu of the restaurant then you can check the menu of the restaurant online and place your order at your leisure.
- Besides if you have an old menu you may miss out on the new delicacy that the restaurant might have added.
- Online orders are also processed and delivered faster than the regular order as it saves time.
- Online ordering is completely error free as you yourself choose the items to be ordered.
The only difference between online ordering and ordering on phone is that you earn double the Trinkets for ordering online.
- Do I have to make payment by credit card if I order online?
No. Pay to the delivery boy when he comes with the food. We follow the cash on delivery model. - Can I order other things like a cold drink ?
Yes you can, But will need to pay Rs.10 extra for every item that you order besides the restaurant order. - Do we also deliver alcohol?
Delivering alcohol is illegal in India and we strictly abide by this rule. - Where are we located?
Our main office is in Fatima Nagar, Wanowrie. We have branch offices in Koregaon Park, Aundh and Deccan. Our delivery boys are also stationed at other prominent restaurants - I stay next to the restaurant I ordered from. Will I still have to pay the delivery charges? If yes, why?
Yes, the delivery charges will applicable even if you live close from the restaurant you ordered from. Even if you live close to the restaurant our delivery boy will have to come all the way to the restaurant and hence the charge. - I stay next to the restaurant, then why did the delivery take so long.
There can be different reasons for the same- your order got delayed in the restaurant. i.e even if our delivery boy reached the restaurant in time, the restaurant delayed the preparation of food and hence the delay.
- There can be natural reasons like rains or the unnatural ones like traffic that delayed the delivery boy on his way to the restaurant.
- Can I gift a meal?
Yes. You can gift a meal to your friends and family in pune from anywhere in India or even abroad. The only thing that you need to do is let us know atleast one day in advance and transfer funds online to our acount. Any notes that you want to be attached can be mailed to us on info@tastykhana.com with subject as " Delivery note to <>"?.
