The service guarantee is not available on Public Holidays, for instance 31'st Dec & 1'st Jan and Ganesh Chaturthi etc. In case of difficult operating conditions for delivery, customers will be notified in advance of withdrawal of the service guarantee.

Service Guarantee won't be applicable because of the overload of orders at the restaurant side. We will try our level best to ensure you get your food on time but due to the nature of the day, we won't be able to guarantee that.

Menu Price Guarantee won't be applicable on such days as restaurants may increase their prices arbitrarily (from 10% to 100%) and it is difficult for us to update the prices of all the restaurants in such a short time and for a limited period. We would therefore request you to pay the difference in the bill at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

Service Guarantee

If we cannot deliver to you as per our promise, we will deliver for free. Our service guarantee covers the following aspects of your food order –
  1. Order Execution – If we cannot serve you food from any of TKs participating restaurants that you would like to order from, we will recommend an alternate restaurant with the same cuisine. The order value and delivery charge will be waived off.
  2. Timely Delivery – If your food reaches you 15 minutes beyond the promised time, you do not pay for it.
  3. Pricing – At times we are not updated about price changes by restaurants, so you may receive a higher billed amount. In such an instance, you only pay the order value provided at the time of order confirmation. The difference will be taken care of by us. In the rare instance that you are over billed; we will refund the extra charge.
Our service guarantee is applicable with the following conditions -
  1. Only for online payments
  2. We limit our assurance to the value of Rs. 300.
  3. Only if the delivery duration has exceeded 15 minutes from the promised time
Our service guarantee is not applicable for -
  1. Delivery of cakes
  2. Catering services when the quantity is a kg or more

Refunds

You are charged for what you consume; else you will get your money back.

Online refunds are applicable only when there is a service gap during delivery, incorrect billing or discrepancies in the order.

Though we are not accountable for food quality, we consider ourselves responsible for any inconvenience to you because your food was stale, cold, spilt, incorrect or burnt. In such instances, TastyKhana provides an online refund in accordance to our service guarantee.
