Food not that great.... Ordered fried chicken which in their menu is presented as half a chicken breaded and fried.... Instead got 3 very thin breast pieces with a very oily and somewhat stale covering...... I used to love this restaurant but not anymore hide

chanrged me Rs 30 extra for delivery when it was not mentioned in the order, the order was above minimum order. I have ordered the food over phone several times earlier without any extra deliver charges. Guess Online order cost me the extra 30 bucks !!! hide

I am very dissapointed with the service.. I ordered the food at 12.20pm and was told by the restaurant that it will be delivered by 1.30pm. I kept waiting for it until 3.30pm (yes, very late). When I called the restaurant, the manager said that they FORGOT about the order..!!! :D I had to ultimately cancel the order, as I could order from a nearby restaurant who delivered the same item in 15 mins flat.!! hide

Butter chicken wid butter naan is yummy. Chicken biryani is also nicely flavoured. it definitely calls for the second round..!!! :) hide

What a fortunate find! It was poor website designing & messed up form interface, that moved me from dial-a-meal to TastyKhana. From 2010, I have seen the customer service/ordertaker teams improve drastically - they are quick, speak fluently & clearly - and gratefully don't mess up my order or bring home leaky containers! I was pleasantly surprised at the quick call-back and update on my order status within 30 seconds of my placing the order online. No banter, repeating the order or address or the usual frills which just waste my time - loved the speed, efficiency, courtesy! Great Job yet again Tasty Khana team hide
