Delayed Order 

I ordered Italian food from a Restaurant nearby. It took 66 minutes to deliver the order+ the starter was not available. 
Tasty Khana promised to refund back the amount.

Wrong Order 

They took wrong order. I ordered for chicken wrap and received gobi wrap. Delivery boy did not return it and delivered that only. I was charged for the entire amount. This was my second experience with eatsome of taking wrong orders.

Awesome Delivery, Ok Food, 

Food : good to average 

delivery and order placement : superb, they beat dominos and even the local kirana store.

concern : is food gets cold when delivered, delivery container needs to keep food hot.

Suggetions : put in place a system where your regular customer get discounted price. we order a lot from eatsome and have never been approached for a better deal, discount or something similar. They are losing out on business intelligence, we order about 1000 - 1500 in a week.

Late Delivery 

the delivery time was given as 9:32 pm and  we got the food only after 10 pm. But on calling the customer service , they promptly promised me that I will be refunded as per the Service Guarantee. 
The food was just about ok. We ordered a interesting rice combo that had egg,paneer and 2 varieties of chicken tikka and another biryani.. they both tasted almost similar!! :|
So eastome rating  : Just ok!

Extremely Late Delivery And Stale Food 

The delivery was extremely late (20-25 mins late as per the schedule). The quality of food was ridiculous and also it was stale.

Really Bad Service 

I ordered food at around 9:50 PM and Got delivery @ 11:15 PM.... The promised time was 10:37 PM...

Really Very very bad experience.... I wont be using this website in future...

Worst Experience 

I had ordered for a combo which includes 2Wraps+1Coke. The order was delivered in half an hour but the delivery boy didnt brought the coke. When I asked, he behaved strangely saying I ll get you the coke whenever U ll order next time. Had a worst experience even with the quality of Wraps. I ll not order again with Eatsome.
